You love your furry family, and we do too. Remember that dogs must be leashed AT ALL times when walking in our Coldwater Crossing Community. Leashes may not be retractable, and cannot exceed 6 feet in length. We already know you clean up after your dogs, because you're such a good pet parent and neighbor. Just remember that dog waste bags must be thrown away in your trash.
- EXTERIOR PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Spring exterior property inspections recently took place. We are trying to make sure our community is staying beautiful and safe. We know you moved into Coldwater for the looks, right? By now, everyone should have received their "Inspection Results" email from management (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please make sure any concerns are addressed in the outlined timeframe for when we come back out for follow-up inspections. Property inspections happen at random.
The basins are not for use by the residents for play or dog walking. They are restricted for authorized personnel only. Serious harm may occur if the basin is entered. Please note that the basins are private property and it is considered trespassing. If you see people or pets in the basin, please report it to management and/or the police.
As always, please contact Management if you have any questions or concerns! We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
